Bio:

Ms Mai Nguyen is Regional Director of Navigos Search, the leading executive search and HR advisory service provider in Vietnam, responsible for the firm’s overall operation and service delivery to clients in Southern region of Vietnam.

Prior to joining Navigos, she was HR Director cum. Managing Director for eSilicon Vietnam JSC, responsible for post-M&A transformation of a local semiconductor company. Her previous experience had been built from her background of over 20 years in HR management, as well as sales and marketing in big MNCs of professional services industry.

Mai obtained the Executive MBA Degree from University of Hawai’i. She is also a member of the IIA – the US-based professional body for Internal Auditors.
