Mr. Minh has more than 10 years of experiences in international software business. He has been working in various types of organizations such as: Academy (researcher in University) MNC (IBM), Banks, Government organization and International Software Company.

He is also a entrepreneur and involved the first startup in ITO from 2006. In 2013, he founded Hanel Software Solutions with other co-founders, which is now working in Japanese, Vietnamese and other international markets for ITO and BPO. Minh obtained his master degrees in Singapore in information management area. He is currently The Chairman and CEO of Hanel Software Solutions.
