Huy, Tran Manh is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of V.B.P.O JSC, a professional BPO firm which provides business process outsourcing services for other groups and companies. Having engaged in ICT industry since 1997, he has obtained significant knowledge and expertise across multiple ICT disciplines, including ICT processes, ICT project management, ICT QA/QC, etc.

In the role of Co-Founder and CEO, he has lead the V.B.P.O staffs to overcome many challenges in company building to chase the shared dream, i.e create the best working environment for the poor and the PWDs in the Central Area of Vietnam. After 04 years of starting up, V.B.P.O JSC has 01 head quarter and 03 subsidiaries, and the total number of employees is about 200 people. Up to now, V.B.P.O has become the leading company in providing BPO services in Vietnam, especially for Japanese clients.

Mr. Huy completed the BSc at the HCMC University of Technology, specialized in Computer Science, in 1997. After that, he finished the MBA issued by Griggs University (USA) in 2013. Currently, he is participating in the Doctor of Business Administration of Apollos University, USA.
