Mr. Chi has more than 30 years experience in software development and outsourcing. Prior to joining Global CyberSoft, Chi was the General Director of the Saigon Software Development Company – a joint venture between Spacebel BA, IOIT and Saigon Postel – which provided cutting-edge e-business outsourcing solutions (B2B, e-Commerce), manufacturing systems and telecom domains. Chi holds a Graduate degree in Physics from the University of Liège.
