Graduating Master of Communication and Media Management from University of Stirling (UK). Mrs. Van Thi Bich Ty has had nearly 15 years experience in communication sector about ICT department in Vietnam such as journalist and editor manager at PC World Vietnam magazine, lecturer at Van Lang University, moderator and MC in many ICT Events. Currently she is Chief Communications Officer of Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association – HCA and editor at Ho Chi Minh City Portal. Many people in Vietnam ICT Industry know her as a connecting expert of ICT field based on her understanding of  Vietnam IT industry. She also spent time for training and interaction with students of many universities in HCMC.
