He was born in Nam Dinh, graduated from Hanoi University of Technology K.36. He joined FPT in 1995. In 2008, he decided to apply for FPT Software Ho Chi Minh City to take on new challenge. At first, he became a Vice Director of FPT Software HCM and then has acted as a Director. Now, he lives in District 9, Ho Chi Minh City with his family.
He is also a member of Young Business Association (YBA) of HCM City.

In a nutshell, we describe him as a 40-year old man, full of energy and mental strength. As the director of a largest software company in Southern, more than 2000 staffs, with 2 largest building in Saigon Hi-tech Park, Mr. Quynh is driving as a captain of FPT Software Ho Chi Minh ship, reaching the big target is globalization, take on largest challenges of FPT Software: Reach 30,000 staff and a turnover of 1 billion dollars in 2020.
