Mr Toan has more than 18 years experience in software & IT industry, particularly on those systems related to telecommunication, paging, customer management, billing, HR & training development, quality & process management, and public relations. Toan’s specific areas of expertise include implementation and management of corporate systems based on the international standards ISO-9001/ISO27001/CMMI/RUP.

Toan currently is Vice President of Global CyberSoft Vietnam – one of the largest US-based software companies in Vietnam with over 850 software engineers to provide software development outsourcing and consulting services to companies worldwide.
