Bio:

Paul Smith, Executive Chairman of Harvey Nash, Board Member of  Roehampton University, Board Member of UKASEAN Business Council and Vice Chairman, Vietnam-UK Network. Paul who has been with Harvey Nash for 15 years, founded three software businesses, subsequently acquired by international technology companies prior to founding Harvey Nash Outsourcing, who now employ over 1500 software developers and BPO staff in Vietnam. He served as a main board member with a UK Stock Exchange listed companies, as a non-executive Director of FPT Software, a Vietnamese listed technology business. Paul recently received an important award for outstanding services to Vietnam’s trade and culture, an award for services to Vietnam’s ICT and software industry and the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce Medal for his contribution to Vietnams economic growth. He has chaired a number of trade missions to Vietnam on behalf of UKTI, London Chamber, HRH Duke of York and is a regular speaker on ASEAN and Vietnam business opportunities for the UK government.

Paul trained as a painter and graphic designer, studied Business at Portsmouth University before moving into technology and business management.
