Founded in 2001, QuangTrung Software City (QTSC) is Vietnam’s largest software park. With an area of more than 43 hectares, it is home to over 120 of Vietnam’s biggest and most successful IT services companies. Roughly half of these are foreign companies from 20 different countries, including famous tech giants like HP, IBM, KDDI, Swiss Post Solutions, Luxoft, Global Cybersoft… Altogether, more than 17,000 people work and study at QTSC.
QTSC offers premium facilities for IT and tech companies in Vietnam, including office space, accommodation, entertainment and excellent telecommunications infrastructure. With strong links to government authorities, QTSC also offers a wide range of tax exemptions and incentives to investors. And with strong links to local universities and technical schools, it offers a direct pipeline to Vietnam’s tech talent.
QTSC is located in Ho Chi Minh City, the business and financial capital of Vietnam. It is only 15 minutes from Tan Son Nhat Airport, and 45 minutes from the downtown business district. As one of only a few “green zones” in Ho Chi Minh City, it offers a pleasant, healthy and quiet working environment.
The Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association (HCA) is a trade association for IT companies, advisory firms, educational institutions and other industry stakeholders. HCA organizes events and initiatives that help to build the IT industry in Ho Chi Minh City and beyond. It is responsible for both domestic and foreign trade promotion, government relations and many other activities.
